Roman Romaniuk – Master Student

Hey, I’m Roman.

I joined the lab in 2026 as a Master’s student in Molecular Bioengineering at TU Dresden. In my project, I investigate the diversity of placental organoids across mammalian species. I mainly develop computational image-analysis approaches to quantify species-specific features, such as binucleated trophoblast cells in cow placental organoids.

In my free time, I enjoy boxing, travelling, spending time with friends, and learning about science beyond my own research field.
