Having completed my Ph.D. in Andi Pauli\u2019s lab at the IMP in Vienna where I studied species-specific fertilization and zygotic genome activation in fish, I am excited to work with mammals. I am fascinated by the evolutionary diversity of reproduction and development within the animal kingdom, and one of my main goals is to uncover the molecular basis for this diversity using non-model species. Stay tuned for armadillo and tenrec embryology studies!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Outside of the lab, I also love all things animals &#8211; I have two cats, a rabbit, and a dog.
